Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date an order is delivered to you. If this time has passed unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund. Any sale items are not eligible for returns/refund, so please be sure to choose correct sizing and input proper shipping address when buying on a sale with us.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be new, unused, unworn, hair-free and in the same condition it was when you received it.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE:
1. If you would like to return/exchange an item, please send us an email at email@example.com and advise that you would like to return your item, please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Securely package your unworn item(s) and include the packing slip. If you have questions about the packing slip please do let us know in an email and we will be happy to help you with this.
3. Send the item(s) back to the canadian address on the bottom of the packing slip. If you cannot find this address please email us and we will advise of the correct address.
Also Note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s), unless the item is received faulty/damaged or we have sent you the wrong item in error.
Again, all sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges
Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges
PLEASE NOTE: If your return is approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take approximately 3-10 business days for your bank to process the refund and post it to your account.
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, contact your bank/credit card company.
We currently accept exchanges based on inventory we have. Our product collections are limited edition and have a possibility of selling out. We are unable to guarantee that your desired style or size will be in stock at the time of a return.
If you are looking to exchange an item for a different size, we will advise you if we are able to accept and exchange or if we need to provide you a refund.
